Hey friends —
I know a lot of y’all have been wondering what’s going on lately, so bear with me… this is probably the hardest post I’ve ever had to make. 🫠

After a lot of thinking, reflecting, praying, and looking at every possible option — we’ve made the incredibly tough decision to officially close Boost Nutrition. 💔

Y’all… this absolutely breaks my heart and soul. I truly can’t imagine life outside of these four little walls and not seeing my regulars who have become more like family to me. 😭

The truth is… I’ve been walking such a thin line trying to keep the doors open for a long time now. I’ve held on longer than I probably should have — not because it made sense on paper, but because this place and this community have meant everything to me. Letting go felt impossible. But recently I’ve realized… I’ve been holding onto something that’s no longer meant for me. And that’s okay.

I don’t know exactly what the next chapter holds for me yet — but I do know this: my heart is so full of gratitude and love for this community. Serving Colbert, OK for the last 3.5 years has been one of the greatest joys and honors of my life.

This shop gave me purpose, healing, growth, and so many beautiful relationships that I’ll carry with me forever. Thank you — truly — for loving us, supporting us, cheering us on, and being part of this journey. I’ll always cherish every moment. 💕🫶🏼
