Happy International Women’s Day! For the past 10 years, we’ve had the privilege of watching some truly amazing young women from our community come through our doors. Many start with us at just 14 years old with no work experience, and it’s been an honor to help introduce them to the working world—teaching strength, grit, responsibility, and confidence along the way. Watching them grow, gain independence, and move on to the next chapters of their lives is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. We are incredibly lucky to play a small role in their journey + them in ours . 💛✨
