Hey guys and gals. We've had a couple deals fall through to purchase 321 and we're looking at a few options. I'm just curious if there's anyone out there that is interested in purchasing the venue as a turnkey business, all licenses in place and immediately operational. I'm looking for a reasonable down payment and will do payments on the balance or a cash offer gets best price. It doesn't cost near as much as you might think so hit me up !! Why not. If I don't sell it soon I'm gonna take it apart, sell off the equipment and the venue will be gone forever. That's a tragedy but I don't have time to run it.
