The Indigenous People of the Biosphere Bosawas primarily consume a vegan and vegetarian diet. They farm beans, rice and maize as their staple crop/s, plus live off wild natural tropical fruits such as oranges, bananas and avocados. They mainly raise cows for milk that is then transformed into cheese in order to obtain calcium and they raise chickens for eggs that serve as protein, 90% VEGAN + 10% VEGETARIAN = 100% GOOD FOR HUMANITY https://www1.plant-for-the-planet.org/t/ecopower-international-initiative-llc
