The master suite, with space for solitude and relaxation, has a 55”flat screen TV/BluRay, walk-in closet, an adjoining master bathroom featuring double marble sinks, and a jetted waterfall bathtub. The home’s two guest rooms, the Yosemite Room and Bass Lake Room have queen size beds and share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. The large office/4th bedroom has a queen bed, built in desks and cabinets for crafts or finishing up that last project for work, and a roll-a-way twin. Kids will love the upstairs loft room with its double/twin bunk bed, two additional twin beds and bean bag chairs. There is a flat screen TV with XBOX and tons of games, and Blu-Ray DVD with Netflix for hours of entertainment up there. Some of the updated amenities include multiple (3) flat screen TV’s & WIFI, two with cable, (3)DVD-Blu Rays with Netflix provided, game room with a professional Dynamo air hockey table, a dart board, and outdoor horseshoe pits. The home offers central forced air heating and air conditioning, wood stove, and a whole house fan for that fresh breeze at night. Outside, the large circular driveway provides ample parking for multiple vehicles as well as RV and boat parking. Comfortably enjoy your time outside on the enormous patio deck equipped with a 6 burner gas BBQ grill, large tile dining tables with 11’ market umbrellas, and chairs for the whole family. This is a pet friendly home and has a large partially covered fenced area below the deck to keep your fido safe while visiting. Ideally situated just 15 minutes to the Forks Resort using the ‘local back road’ to Bass Lake, and only ½ mile to Sierra National Forest land, it’s a perfect place to spend enjoy all the area has to offer. While technically in Coarsegold, this home is about 10 minutes to the outdoor market place in Coarsegold and actually closer to Oakhurst. This home is only 15 minutes to the Chuckchansi Gold Casino and less than 9 minutes to the center of Oakhurst for antique stores, movies, groceries, gas, and great restaurants. Yosemite’s south entrance is only 20 miles away, typically a 30 minute drive. Traveling in that direction you can also visit the other side of Bass Lake for swimming, boat rentals, beaches and restaurants. During the winter, your family can go sledding at the Fish Camp Snow-Park in only 30 minutes or go skiing at Badger Pass Ski Resort in about an hour.
