I haven't updated this page in quite some time after threats were received from a "competitor" and have been reevaluating my business plan and future steps for this venture. We are looking into new options for catering, salsas and food to go items. Suggestions appreciated. Some of our new items will be a medium pico de gallo, tacos el pastor, salsa verde, salsa rojo, fajitas (beef, chicken, shrimp or mix) and camarones rojo (shrimp in a spicy based tomato sauce with avocado). Our business is really taking off and thanks!

Available options for delivery will include the following:

* Birria (beef). Birria is with garlic, paprika, cinnamon and chili mild tender shredded beef.

*Barbacoa (beef). Barbacoa is with lime, chipotle, cumin, garlic and has a smoky rustic taste to the tender shredded beef.

* Carnitas (pork). Carnitas is with garlic, mild chili and jalapenos, and cumin slow cooked and shredded to tender perfection.

Prices for meat are as follows:

- 4servings (2cups) $22 includes tortillas (corn or flour), cilantro, onions, radish, limes and cabbage for taco building.

- 2servings (1cup) $12 includes tortillas (corn or flour), cilantro, onions, radish, limes and cabbage for taco building.

We will also be offering homemade salsa, $6/16oz container. We have the following options:

Cilantro jalapeno corn salsa - corn mixed with purple onions, diced jalapenos, cilantro, lime and seasonings.

Pineapple cilantro salsa - diced pineapples, cilantro and purple onions with a light lime base and seasonings.

PayPal, CashApp, Venmo and Zelle accepted in addition to cash at time of delivery.
