Welcome back to our machine shop tour with Jose, part 2!
In the time-lapse portion of the video, the raw castings for Belltech’s 1973-1987 C30 spindles are shown in its final machining operation. This process finishes all critical features, including the spindle pin bore, ball joint tapers, wheel bearing surfaces, and ball joint boss heights, ensuring the component meets all dimensional and geometric requirements before moving to final inspection and the press fitment of the spindle pin.
