Clinton Queens Travel Softball

10U Queens finished 1-1-1 at the Pitch Perfect K tournament! A few players were missing this weekend, so 8U player Hattie and 9U player Libby stepped up to help out, and they did an amazing job! The girls were once again close to getting the wins and had some big moments throughout the tournament. Myla and Hannah came up with some great throwdowns, Kylie snagged a line drive at second, Jasmeen had 9 RBIs and had 13 strikeouts while pitching, Jensen persevered in the circle and bounced back in game 3, Liana continued to grow more confident at the plate, and Halie had an incredible hit in game 3. Keep up the hard work, girls!

10U had some great team and individual moments at tonight’s league game! Shoutout to Myla and Hannah for making plays on drop third strikes, with Liana securing the outs at first. Jensen also made a great play to get a runner out at home. And congrats to Damaya on her first hit of the season, sending it out to right field! Keep up the great work, Queens!

Our 7U/8U girls teamed up tonight for a scrimmage against PV X-Plosion Grey! It was the first game for our 7U development team, and all the girls got some good reps in.

Thanks to PV X-Plosion Grey for coming out! The girls had fun and gained some valuable experience on the field.

8U got the win tonight! The bats took a little bit to warm up, but once they did, the girls put some runs on the board. Great job, Queens!

12U went 2-1 in their first tournament of the season! This is a really solid group of girls that played well together all day. What a great way to start the season. Great job, girls!

10U went 2-1 today, with their only loss by one run. The girls were aggressive on the bases and hit the ball well all day. It’s been fun watching this group gain confidence while continuing to learn!

8U went 1-2 today! The girls are becoming confident hitters, and the hustle on the field was there all day. There has been so much growth since the first tournament, and it’s been fun watching these girls continue to gain confidence and improve!

8U, 10U, and 12U were all at the Lil Miss October Tournament. It was great having all three teams together, and we couldn’t have asked for better weather! ☀️🥎

September was a busy month! The 8U and 10U girls continue to grow and develop through league games, and the 10U team also played in the Sabers Showdown this past weekend.

The 9U girls haven’t had much luck with the weather for their events, but we’re hoping that changes soon!

This Sunday, 8U, 10U, and 12U will be at the Lil Miss October Tournament. Looking forward to a fun day of softball! 👑

Congratulations to our 12U player, Maycee, on being honored as Athlete of the Month!
