Last Thursday, we had the pleasure of celebrating all of our Living Young participants who had birthdays during July, August, and September! 🥳 We enjoyed cake, ice cream, plenty of laughs, and most importantly, the opportunity to celebrate each of them and another year of life! 💜

A special thank you to Ms. Teresa Weems with Weems Agency, LLC for sponsoring our Birthday Social and helping make the celebration so special! We would also like to thank Mrs. Brenda K. Levi with It's What I Do for our beautiful birthday sign that made the perfect addition to our celebration!

We wrapped up our 2026 Inclusive Kickball Championship game last night with our Challenger League participants! ❤️ It was a great season filled with fun, teamwork and lots of smiles. We are so proud of all of our participants!

A special shoutout to the CHS Arrows for the amazing hospitality and for welcoming us for our championship game. We truly appreciate your support and helping make this so special! Thank you to our families, volunteers, and everyone who came out to support our participants. Another great season in the books! 🥳

We wrapped up Spirit Month last week with a delicious Tasty Tuesday sponsored by Meghan Newman with Vital Caring, an entertaining Lip Sync Battle where our guest judges gave helpful feedback to each participant, and a relaxing Tropical Paint & Sip! Our Living Young participants truly showed out and ended Spirit Month on a high note!

A huge THANK YOU to all our Living Young participants for joining in, showing off your creativity, and making every event so much fun. Your energy and enthusiasm are what made Spirit Month such a success!💛

We wrapped up a fun-filled week with Family Feud on Wednesday, Wacky Bingo on Thursday sponsored by Danae Brown with Mississippi Senior Medicare Patrol, and ended it all with good food and great company at our Meet & Eat at Pedro’s! Our Living Young participants truly enjoyed every moment!💜

Our Living Young participants got creative today making Paper Friendship Quilts! 🧵💕 Each quilt was completely unique and filled with different colors, patterns, and a whole lot of personality. We loved seeing everyone’s creativity come together, just like the friendships we’ve made along the way! 🥰

School Spirit was in FULL effect today! ❤️💙Our Living Young participants showed up and showed OUT for our School Spirit Tailgate! From repping their favorite schools to enjoying good food, games, and laughs, we had such a great time together!

This month's guest speaker for the Vet to Vet Cafe is Susan Rodriguez. She will be talking to the group about the Baptist Hospice - We Honor our Veterans Program.
