We are a not-for-profit 501.c3 organization. We care for children, infants to school-age in the Clinton and surrounding areas.
The Clinton Early Learning Center (CELC), a non-profit corporation, was established in 1973 to provide high quality care for children ages 3 months to 12 years old. We are licensed through the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (NYS OCFS). The CELC provides children with nurturing care and enriching education experiences that foster the growth of the "Whole Child", promoting children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Thank you to everyone who came out and participated in our Tiny Turkey Trot this Saturday 🦃 We are so grateful for the energy and community spirit you brought to the event.
We are also excited to announce that we have our basket raffle winners! The children at the Clinton Early Learning Center had the fun and important job on Monday of picking the winning tickets!
Congratulations to our lucky winners (all winners have now been contacted), and thank you again to all who supported the event!
