Disposable
Edinburgh's thrash groove energy ball since 2009. Brotherhood forever.
🥁 demoing tracks for Disposable Album 4! Testing the new set up, making lots of noise, working out parts, sounding good! 🦈👌🔥
🎤 Vocal demos continue for the next album! 4 down, 5 to go. Lots of lyrics still to write, but the ball is properly rolling with the new stuff. Exciting times, feels like it’s been a long while since we got obsessed with making new music 🤞
🎤🎙️ Vocal demos for the next album going well! Saturday morning progress 🤙
Extremely fun to just chan this tune out of the blue on a whim last night. Props to for smashing those double kicks - we haven't played this one since BEFORE JOINED THE BAND!!! So a long time ago now.
Cheers for snapping this gnarly clip!
forever. Scottish metal forever. Legends forever.

🔥💥 We just to say a big thank you to those who attended the show at Legends last night with ourselves, Luxera and Doppelganger.
If it was, as it seems very much like it will be, our last show ever in Legends, it couldn’t have been a more chaotic party to say goodbye. It feels like Legends deserves a more cohesive and pre prepared send off to do it justice, and it breaks our hearts a wee bit that last night felt a little bit chucked together in that regard, with the last minute line up changes (our love to Foetal Juice and Murder Worship who ARE coming back to Scotland soon) and essentially a 24 hour timeframe in which to scream and shout about the fact that this is well and truly it for us and Legends. The same goes for Luxera and Doppelganger who will never get to perform at this venue again. It turned into a weird, crazy night of bands collaborating on cover songs, having guest vocalists, guitarists and bass players for their own songs, even the legend that is Deano from behind the sound desk was up playing drums. A lot of the night was unplanned and unrehearsed in that regard and it felt good to just f**k around and find out and celebrate a bit.
Legends was always the venue where stuff like that could happen and feel natural, especially for younger or less experienced bands who needed a place to show the people they could do it to a high standard, and if not, show that they were on the correct path towards a high standard, and appreciate the opportunity to be on stage at all playing metal music in Edinburgh. We were there once, way back in the day, just trying to get good at being a band, and have always appreciated the venues that let us play when we were young and lacking experience. These places are so important for development, and the fact we’re losing another one in Edinburgh f**king sucks.
Thank you to all of the team at Legends for the show last night, and for years of service. Legends is a f**king great venue to play and you all contribute towards that. Every band last night has a Legends staff member in their line up, so that tells you all you need to know about how directly related the Edinburgh metal scene and legends are. It’s going to be sorely missed.
A lot of people got in touch over the last few days who didn’t even know Legends was closing soon. We won’t say anything about the details here as I’m sure it will all be made clear in coming weeks from the correct sources. We should make it absolutely clear that until you hear the exact timeline from those correct sources, Legends is OPEN FOR BUSINESS, so make sure you still factor it into your plans for now. If anything in that regard changes, I’m sure you’ll hear from those at the helm. But for us, that’s very, very likely to be it between Disposable and Legends. So for over 13 years of good times, thank you Legends, it was our absolute pleasure. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
I expect Jack, as a Legends staff member, will perhaps make a post closer to the time of Legends actually closing saying his goodbyes. But I believe he’s in his bed right now getting a very well earned rest. Until next time, Edinburgh!
