Please remember to treat ALL pets in the home for flea and tick control! We have seen an influx with ticks and fleas are shortly behind due to all the moisture we have received!

Breaking the flea life cycle takes at least 3 months of consistent, monthly treatment for all pets in the household, as immature fleas (eggs, larvae, pupae) constantly hatch in the environment.

Are you a front-desk pro who loves animal care but wants your weekends back? We are seeking a full-time Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. We offer a friendly yet at times fast paced work environment without the burnout of weekend shifts. This position can at times be physically demanding if you’re needed to help in the rooms! With on the job training this may be the right fit for you!!

What You’ll Do:
🐾 As our primary point of contact, you aren't just answering phones—you are a critical part of our patient care team.

Workflow Management:
🐾 Use AVImark to schedule appointments, manage records, assist in appointments, fill prescriptions, and process invoices.

Client Connection:
🐾Greet pets and owners, provide empathetic support during difficult visits, and celebrate the happy ones.

Pharmacy & Food:
🐾 Process prescription refills and manage therapeutic diet sales.

The Perks
🐾Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am-5pm work one weekend monthly if we have boarders.
🐾we offer flexible hour change due to personal appointments or things with your kids going on!

Pay:
🐾 Hourly(negotiable) biweekly pay
