We are sorry to share the saddest of updates, regarding our friend, brother and drummer, John "Jack" Murphy.
On Friday June 27th, our dear friend John Murphy left this realm.
He fought, and typical of his personality, would give us the only the most honest answers when asked “how it’s going”. That's Jack. Hopeful... but pragmatic.
The three of us find it hard to believe we’ll never again turn back to see that subtle smile as we share an inside musical joke, or a knowing grin as he pushed the band and crowd higher and higher. He had it all; chops, taste, dynamics, and an impressive musical ear.
Most importantly, as a mutual friend stated just a few days ago: “A better man than drummer....and that’s saying a lot.” He was all that and more.
John was also a devoted family man, a great friend, and possessed an remarkably dry sense of humor.
His parting wish was to pass at home surrounded by his family and he received that wish.
We miss Jack, more than any social media post could convey.
Godspeed, John. We love you.

It’s party time!! We are very excited to be making music in Chips Pub’s all new courtyard and center bar! It’s going to be perfect for music, dancing, food, drinks and fun!! 🥃♥️
