As of June 30th, 2023 our office is permanently closed.
Dr. Lonnie Morris and her team of nurses and nurse-midwives provide exceptional healthcare as well as safe, satisfying natural childbirth experiences. In addition, they collaborate with outstanding medical professionals and enjoy the full support of the administration and nursing staff at Hackensack UMC at Mountainside in Montclair, New Jersey and Hackensack UMC at Pascack Valley in Westwood, New Jersey.
To everyone trying to request medical records:
The office permanently closed on June 2023.
Please contact the laboratory “Bioreference” for lab results and/or the hospital for birth records or any operative reports.

To everyone trying to request medical records:
The office permanently closed on June 2023. We’ve extended processing records past this date due to the amount of inquiries that we were receiving. But, there is no staff and Lonnie is now retired so the means to keep processing records have been exhausted. You can email your completed record request and we will email you your records in the order that they are received.
Please note, we will NOT be processing records after December 31st.

As of June 30th we will be closed, Lonnie will be retiring from midwifery practice and you will have to select a new provider. We will keep our phones open for an additional 30 days to help you transition to a new practice. Electronic transfer of records to either you or a new provider will be available. A record release form is attached. ❤️
