Here are some September + October race ideas👟

For September’s Faces of the Cleveland Marathon, we’re highlighting two runners who left their mark on our race history: Pablo Vigil and Anne Audain.

Pablo won the UH Cleveland Marathon three times in 1980, 1981 and 1988. His fastest Cleveland finish came during his first victory when he ran 2:15:19.

Anne first raced the Cleveland 10K in 1982 after predicting she could run 31:45 to win and set a new course record. She ran exactly that and went on to win the 10K race seven times between 1982 and 1991.

Swipe to learn more about Pablo and Anne’s Cleveland accomplishments and what being part of this event has meant to them.

Join us as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the UH Cleveland Marathon on May 15–16, 2027.
