Why ask me to call you and update you and you don’t answer multiple times? The f**k am I wasting my thumb ligaments for?

These are “tacos mulitas”. The shell is made of mini corn tortilla quesadillas wrapped around braised beef machaca and topped with marinated onions and cilantro. These are basically the French dip of the taco world because they are served with a spicy beef consumme for your dunking pleasure. Not gonna lie one of my favorite things I’ve made 💯

Come out Monday July 1st and support for local chefs, artists and Dj’s in what is sure to be the best start to the holiday week!!!

🚨 *Long Winded Post Alert* 🚨

I’ve made some crazy plates that most of you have seen. Not to toot my own horn but I consider a lot of them art. I only make food that makes you feel an emotion, and while I put my heart and soul into every dish, I don’t necessarily always connect to my dishes. This however isn’t the most beautiful thing I’ve ever made, however it is the best tasting thing I’ve ever made and the culmination of 2 years of research and development. It invoked the craziest food emotions I’ve ever had. To me this is what beauty is. It’s about the f**kin soul bruh. This is the best tasting thing I have made in my 16 year career, and to tell you the truth I’ve been chasing this flavor since the age of 8. Idk whether to be sad that I’ve finally figured it out or rejoice that now I can conquer something else. Idk, if you actually read all this I appreciate it I don’t get emotional but this is my next step for this summer so come see me where I pop up!

Little morning pick me up. What we have here is a frittata with peppers, onion and mushrooms, crispy smashed potatoes, marinated cabbage, pickled red onion, roasted red pepper salsa roja and lime-jalapeño crema.
