We’re not even sure he knows our restaurant even exists.
But here we are.

When we added wings to Something Good, it was just supposed to be a little side thing.

Now they’ve turned into one of our most popular items.

And that’s where it gets tricky.

Because we’ve always prided ourselves on being simple, fast, and doing a few things really well.

So now we’re stuck…

Do we keep them?
Or do we stay locked in on what we originally built?
