WISE Cleveland

A little career advice we can all take with us 🎙️

Nadia Rawlinson, Co-Owner and Operating Chairman of the Chicago Sky, recently joined the Women Leaders in Sports Podcast to talk leadership, career growth and the lessons she’s learned along the way.

With a career spanning sports, technology, media, entertainment and financial services, Nadia shared plenty of gems, but this one especially stuck with us.

A new era means a new identity 🧜🏽‍♀️

The Cleveland Sirens are carving out a lane of their own.

Team President Allison Howard shared that the branding was intentionally designed to be separate and distinct from the Cavs, creating an identity that’s uniquely its own from day one.

Cleveland answered the call 🌊

Our city’s newest team is officially the Cleveland Sirens, a name and identity inspired by Lake Erie and shaped by the fans who helped bring the franchise to life.

The branding leans into Cleveland’s biggest asset with two shades of blue and a complementary mint foam color, while the “Hear the Call” campaign built excitement leading up to today’s reveal.

The Sirens take the court in 2028 🏀
