Community days like this mean a lot to us. A huge thank you to Achievement Centers for Children and the team at Camp Cheerful for welcoming us back and letting us help get the camp ready for summer. From painting and cleaning to setting up outdoor spaces, it’s always meaningful work made even better by teaming up with Hylant, who joins us every year. 💙

Today we celebrate the Ohio Desk team members who are moms. Thank you for the care, strength, and dedication you bring to your families and our workplace. We’re grateful to work alongside you and wish everyone a meaningful Mother’s Day weekend.

A huge thank you to the amazing designers who joined us and to Steelcase and Designtex for the inspiration, insight, and collaboration. From inspirational color palettes to a fresh flower bar inspired by the rainbow, it was a golden hour done right.

The first time around was such a hit, we couldn’t resist bringing it back, and this time, we headed to Erie, PA!

Ohio Desk teamed up again with Steelcase and Smith Systems to share fresh ideas around learning spaces with schools and our design partners. The enthusiasm and conversations made this stop just as exciting as the last. Big thanks to Steelcase, Smith Systems, and everyone who welcomed us along the way!

It’s that time again - brackets are back at Ohio Desk for March Madness. Our annual tradition is officially underway, and the office is ready for the excitement, upsets, and friendly competition. Let the Bracket Bash begin!

We were proud to support Friendship APL with a Wags to Riches Raffle basket Thanks to the generosity of our team, we were able to contribute a variety of items to help support animals in need across our community.

From toys and treats to everyday essentials, every donation helps make a difference 🐶💛.

Members of the Ohio Desk team joined this year’s SMPS NEO Rock N’ Bowl alongside 25 teams and more than 120 participants to support meaningful causes in our region. The event helped raise approximately $3,800 for ACE Cleveland and collected 630 lbs. of food for the Greater Cleveland Food Bank.

We are grateful to be part of a community that comes together to make an impact.

Supporting local makers is one of the many ways we can celebrate and invest in our communities. To close out Black History Month, we shared sweet treats across our three Ohio Desk locations from three incredible local businesses.

We love an afternoon of charcuterie boards, spiked hot chocolate, and build-your-own spritzers! Moments like this are what strengthen our partnerships and keep us connected.

Ohio Desk, Steelcase, and Smith System rolled up to schools and design firms with our mobile learning experience, and the energy was incredible!

From seeing and touching modern classroom solutions to exploring flexible layouts and technology‑ready spaces, every stop was filled with curiosity, collaboration, and great conversations. Huge thanks to everyone who joined us and helped make this experience so special. Until the next stop!
