Steelcase dealer serving Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania Ohio Desk was originally founded as Ohio Desk and Chair Company in 1908. Under David B.

By 1918, the firm had acquired its current name and moved to its present location at 1122 Prospect Avenue under the ownership of Albert Bigalke. Ohio Desk became a Steelcase dealer in 1927 and in 1947 joined Stow and Davis Furniture Company to form the Executive Furniture Guild – the first nationally organized effort to provide color coordinated interior elements and design to corporate clients. An Exciting New Chapter at Ohio Desk: Announcing Our New Leadership!

Today, we express our heartfelt gratitude to Jim Mullane and Mike Stepanek for their incredible leadership and dedication to Ohio Desk. As of January 1, 2025, Heather Edkins has been named President, and Amanda (Mandi) Banks is stepping into the role of Chief Revenue Officer. Together, they are now the majority shareholders, marking a significant milestone in our company’s history.

Heather and Mandi bring years of experience, dedication and vision to their new roles. Many of you already know Heather and Mandi from their previous roles as VP of Sales and Marketing and VP of Market Development, respectively. Under their leadership, Ohio Desk will continue to execute its growth strategy while upholding the product and service excellence our customers have come to expect.

We wish Jim all the best and congratulate him on this new chapter. We are also pleased to have Mike remain as an integral part of our leadership team moving forward.
