I’m so greedy! Lol lol ok so while on this journey I am identifying meal options. I bought these organic vegan dumplings and decided I’d make a soup with them O M G! I heated the dumplings (filled with tofu and veggies by ) per the instructions. I sautéed the onions and prepared a pot with vegetable bouillon. I added the veggie stock, onions and shredded carrots into the pan with the dumplings. I let it simmer a bit then voila all done. This is such a simple and very filling recipe. This was my dinner last night and I was more than satiated. Oh and it was hella quick 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Apparently I’m on a foodie kick this week but hey 🙃
So I started a new journey 😱 I am taking the vegan-I-sh walk. I eliminated dairy some months back which I thought I could NEVER do but it was THE best decision I could have made. My mom is a health nut so my sissies and I got it honest, she for yearssss told me to give up dairy but that addiction is real. Glad to have kicked the habit.
Now the reason I say vegan-I-sh is for a few reasons.
1. because honestly I still have some whey protein that I’m not throwing out and most plant based proteins contain pea proteins of which I am allergic.
2. I don’t plan to (right now) always fully ensure there isn’t egg in a product I am consuming. One thing I hate is rigidity. I can make positive changes without stressing myself the hell out about every little detail - it ain’t happening.
3. I will NEVER EVER EVER give up honey🍯 . No explanation needed.
The meat and poultry isn’t an issue. I gave up meat years ago and I had always planned to get back to being vegetarian (I went vegetarian for about 1.5 years circa 2014). BTW cleaning chicken is 🤢🤢 for me.
Ok so now that I’m done with the longggg ass intro. I needed to make this transition easy and get some good ideas. So I decided to order to help give me great food and meal ideas. This one is awesomeee! Although they didn’t have one of the ingredients my sub worked out very nicely.
Basically this is eggplant, mozzarella “cheese”, garlic, shallots, couscous, basil, planko, sundried tomatoes (this was my sub).
It’s so funny, years ago you would have NEVER gotten me to eat eggplant 🍆. But it’s so meaty and tasty. This was my first meal from this order and it was great. The best part is I’ll always have the recipes so I can refer back at any point.
Whatever your goals are try to find ways to make it easier on yourself until you build good habits or learn more so you’re able to succeed.

Oooohh lordt! I have been on a serious banana bread kick the past 6 months and this recipe right here is banging! I always have to add a twist to things so I decided to add sweet potatoes to the mix. This is great for a couple of reasons
1. Natural sugar
2. Fiber
This recipe has..
NO Sugar
NO Dairy
NO White flour
LOADS of flavor
I sweetened with and I used (I’m obsessed with all things oat 🥴)
These babies are moist and hella delicious.

We have to take action before we are into our 40s. Don’t wait until you’re ill to realize the food, drinks, stress and life habits were the cause of your decline. It’s a lot harder to bounce back once your body has been beat up.
Treat your body like you do your car and other valuables you take good care of. It is your primary responsibility. Don’t let your material valuables outlive you. They take millions of years to decompose you, however take only a few. Choose which short life you desire because no matter your eating habits, life is short. You can make it shorter based on your choices.
