WCMS Jr. Beta Club

We are starting a fundraiser and we are selling White Co car flags! Flags are 1 for $20 or 2 for $30. All proceeds go directly to the WCMS Jr. Beta Club, helping fund our activities and community projects. Your purchase not only helps fund our program but also demonstrates your pride and commitment to our students and athletes. Please submit a check or cash as payment for your flag no later than October 10, 2024. Can be purchased through a club member or on WCMS website.

⭐️8th Grade Spotlight⭐️ Emmie has been a member with us since 6th Grade. Her favorite memory with Beta so far is Bingo night her 6th grade year. Her favorite teacher is Mrs. Debbie Carter-Dye “because she always makes things fun and easy to learn.” In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family. After high school she hopes to do something in the healthcare field.

We are a National Convention recognized school.

Louisville was good to WCMS Jr. Beta Club! We had 8 entries into Nationals and our members walked away with 3 Top 5 finishes and a Top 10! We are proud of all the members that qualified and participated and thank you to the parents that traveled to Lousiville! Here are the awards:

NATIONAL CHAMP in Recyclable Art, Cooper Joiner
5th Place in Digital Art, Audrey Whitaker
Top 10 in 6th Grade Social Studies, Weaver Bartlett

Tomorrow starts National Convention for Junior Division! We have several competing and three that will be in attendance in Louisville, KY! Safe travels and good luck to all!!!!

Our members who placed top five at state convention in Savannah were recognized tonight at our County Board Meeting! Not all could attend but we are very proud of them all! .studentservices
