Meet Bonita

You see, last week something has been getting in our trash cans and we couldn't figure out what. So a live trap was set and Bonita was found in it this morning. JB told Bonita" if you would have left the trash cans alone you could have stayed. "
JB and mom will be taking Bonita to the area we caught Kehlani and released our buddy back into the wilderness to live their life

Unfortunately I have had to block a person from the page because of rude comments and unfortunately just didn't want to listen or research. They went from do you put an ice pack between your legs and things people believe are ridiculous

As most of you know Damnit Wonka has a heart condition. With her having what I like to call an anxiety attack and panic lately. This causes her to pant that then can trigger breathing issues that then causes her heart to pump more. Putting ice near her heart or groin can help send a single to the brain to help calm her down. Which then triggers her to stop panting which helps her heart.

I know from my own personal experience when I'm having a panic or anxiety attack putting ice on my chest helps bring me out of it and back to earth.

BTW I have had to use an ice pack between my legs because I pulled a muscle so No definitely not against doing that 😂😂

As you can tell by the picture below Wonka is much more relaxed

It's been a long night. Wonka was up multiple times and has been in a panic more than normal. She ate the fence again last week because I was in the garage talking to JB. When I saw her she was running in a panic and it looked like it was because she couldn't find me.

Ever since I went to Rhode Island she has been having issues off and on. I'm sure there are a lot of different reasons all pile on top of another giving her anxiety and panic.

For example
* Construction earlier this year the new fence and deck
*Getting ready to start more construction
*Us packing up the house and moving things to a storage pod
*A lot of new faces in her life
*Hughie and I disappeared for a week

A lot of different things. Right now I have an ice pack between her legs trying to calm her down. Later today I will probably load her up and take her for a walk. On top of Wonka issues Helen the Hellion has diarrhea and no idea why. Woke up to a little mess.

My life at this moment feels extremely overwhelming with Wonka and Helen the Hellion having issues. Trying to get a house packed up. Working on a contract. Working on rescue stuff and transporting. I want to celebrate the five year milestone . It's been 5 years running this territory and I wanted to do something to celebrate it. Something fun. It's times like this I feel overwhelmed and I'm failing all the way around. I know it's easy to get inside your head.

One step at a time I guess

I'm just saying Sugarcreek veterinarian Clinic likes me because they let me bring Duncan to the clinic after I picked him up so that he can get neutered this week. Now to drive the 2 hours home.

By the way, meet our new friend Duncan

You know smoke. I would say it was a pleasure to transport you but it really wasn't. You spilled my pop on my freshly detailed car. You cried the whole 2 hours and you wouldn't stay put. I do wish you luck and I wish you joy. Now I have a 2-hour drive back to Sugarcreek. After I leave there about another 2-hour drive to get home, I really need a life

Sometimes in life you need a reminder to slow down and be patient. We were trying to get a transport covered yesterday. Smoke needed a ride to his foster in Michigan and needless to say we had only one of the three spots covered. I was like okay when I get off work at Lancaster I'll drive to Sugarcreek grab Smoke and head to where I needed to meet the only leg cover. When it was all said and done I would have been on the road eleven hours. Luckily we got it all covered where I needed to only do the first leg.

While I was texting the second leg it turned out she doesn't live far from a dog needing to come in. So she will be grabbing that Newfoundland and when we meet we will switch dogs. I also reached out to Dr Brandon at Sugarcreek to see if I was still one of his favorite customers because I wanted to see if I could drop the new dog coming in on the way home at Sugarcreek to get neutered on Monday.

Luckily he still likes me and allowed it but it's costing me some energy drinks.

Welcome to my crazy hectic life

Ohhh Smoke

You are cute
You are adorable

But orthopedic wise you are special.

Our friend Smoke has horrible elbows. So horrible they believe they only thing that can be done is an elbow replacement surgery

🤦🤦🤦

Storm was neutered today with our friends at Sugarcreek Veterinarian. This was the picture I was sent after surgery. Apparently he is very relaxed.
