JUST IN! Today was one for the record books. After tying the record this afternoon, temperatures crept up one more degree to 89 around 5 pm and broke the record high temperature in Cleveland!

HEADS UP! A severe thunderstorm watch has been expanded to include a few counties across NEO until 10 pm. The watch includes Erie, Lorain, Huron, Richland and Ashland Counties. Storms look to weaken as they move east, but be sure to stay weather aware this evening!

SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING issued for Erie County (as well as Ottawa and Sandusky Counties) until 7:15 pm. Damaging winds around 60 mph are possible along with lightning and heavy rain. Seek shelter until this storm passes.

HOT IN CLEVELAND! The temperature climbed to 88 degrees Tuesday afternoon at CLE Hopkins Airport and that tied the record for high temperature with 1998, 1996, and 1911.
