Dance With Me

Adult Ballet 101 is for those who always wanted to try but never got the chance, for those who gave it up and wish they hadn't, and for those who want to focus on the little things without the pressure of an intense class.

In Adult Ballet 101 we will start at the beginning, learning the basic foot and arm positions. We will learn and go over basic steps that will lay a strong foundation for building upon. This class is made with the adult body in mind. Don't let things like "I have two left feet" and "My joints aren't what they used to be" hold you back. This body positive and body mindful class is for everyone. Ballet shoes are highly recommended, but socks will work. Tights and a leotard are optional, wear what feels good to you that allows full movement, tshirts and leggings are more than welcome.

Looking to keep up your dancing over summer? Looking to start something new? Want to try a different style than you usually dance? Mixify is for YOU!

This class meets based on age groups once a week through June (days/times in photo) and July (ask about those). Tuition for one month of Mixify is $55.00. Wear anything you like that allows freedom of movement. Ballet flat shoes recommended, but this class can be done in socks or bare feet!

Princess and Prince Camp is just a few weeks away! This camp is PERFECT for your royal 3 - 5 year old! Each day will hold a new princess and prince, activity, snack, dance games and lots of dancing! This is a ballet-based movement class filled with fun!
