Zelman Residence

We worked hand in hand with our client's architect to build this 12,000 sq. ft. modern contemporary masterpiece. This Moreland Hills custom home features 6 bedrooms, 6 ½ bathrooms, stucco and tile floors, Venetian plaster ceilings, and an outdoor pool. But perhaps the most interesting feature of this spectacular home is a custom made slide leading from the second floor all the way to the basement. We completed this project in 16 months, beating our deadline by an entire month. We are proud build yet another custom home for the Zelman family. Over the years, Larry Bloch Builders has created custom homes for 6 other members of the Zelman family.

Hurwitz Residence

This residence is an 8,000 sq. ft. custom home located in Sterling Lakes, a gated upscale community in Pepper Pike. We built this home from the ground up, taking care of everything from design to construction to landscaping. The entire project was completed in 10 months, and delivered a few weeks before our projected deadline. This gorgeous 5 bedroom, 5 ½ bath home was built in the transitional style and includes custom features such as:

Theater room
Exercise room and sauna
Walk around bar
Study
Tumbled marble and hickory hardwood floors
Fully customized kitchen and bathrooms

Sterling Lakes

Larry Bloch Builders creates custom homes at the Tradewinds at Sterling Lakes, a gated upscale community centrally located in Pepper Pike approximately 2 miles from 271, and 20 minutes from downtown Cleveland.

Beginning at $700K and 3,000 sq. ft., the Tradewinds at Sterling Lakes offers homeowners maintenance free living in a lake community with plenty of green space and walking paths.

The Harris Residence is a 6,500 sq. ft. Craftsman home featuring a 1,500 sq. ft. log cabin guest house. We built this Huntington Valley home from scratch with high attention to detail. For example, for the guest cabin, we hand selected logs in Vermont for the perfect log cabin feel. The main house features 3 bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms, and the log cabin has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Other custom features of the homes include stone patios, wide plank distressed pine flooring, and fully customized kitchens.

Chelm Residence

This residence is a custom home project we are currently working on in Sterling Lakes, a gated upscale community in Pepper Pike. We are working side by side with the project's architect to create their dream home, a 4,500 sq. ft. Colorado Contemporary home featuring:

3 bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms
Customized kitchens and cabinets
Custom bathrooms
Private brewery
Study
Walk around bar

Nusbaum Residence

The Nusbaum Residence is a 5,000 sq. ft. custom home located in Bainbridge. We began this project by tearing down the old home, managing all aspects of the demolition. We then crafted a brand new home from the ground up, and finished off the project by collaborating with Cleveland interior designer Jorge Castillo. The entire project took 11 months and as always, was delivered on time. This 3 bedroom, 5 ½ bathroom home was built in the soft contemporary style and features custom elements such as:

Sculptural ceiling elements
White marble floors throughout
Fully customized kitchen and bathrooms
Custom fireplace with 2 saltwater fish tanks built into the mantle

Kedia Residence

Larry Bloch Builders is currently transforming the 5,000 sq. ft. Kedia Residence with a custom 7,000 sq. ft. renovation to make this lakeside property in Cleveland the ultimate dream home. We are creating a 3-story addition, which includes a new master suite, a second kitchen, dining room, and lower level family room—all of which surround a glass-enclosed indoor swimming pool. We are also creating terraces in the hillside from the Mediterranean-styled home leading down to the lake.
