Red Light Roxy is a professional jazz band from Cleveland, Ohio that plays an upbeat mix of jazz standards, jump blues, swing, boogie-woogie and a dash of old-school R&B. Its repertoire comes from the Great American Songbook and includes familiar songs made famous by such legendary performers as Ella Fitzgerald, Ruth Brown, Frank Sinatra, Peggy Lee, Nat King Cole, Ray Charles and Louis Armstrong.

Tonight! Grab a lawn chair or a blanket and grab a spot on Rocky River Public Library's nice shady front lawn for a free concert starting at 5 pm with the Roxy Quartet. Hatfield's Goode Grub will also be onsite selling BBQ. 😋

MIX returns to The Cleveland Museum of Art on Friday 8/1 with a Great Gatsby inspired theme.
MIX: Gatsby invites guests to celebrate the glitz and glamour of the roaring twenties 100 years after F. Scott Fitzgerald’s classic, The Great Gatsby, was first published. Red Light Roxy performs a mix of jazz standards, jump blues, swing, and boogie-woogie. DJ Lo bookends the evening, spinning sets of swing music and crowd favorites. Viva Dance Studio hosts a brief swing dance class, and Poetry Free Cleveland poets type improvised poems for guests using typewriters. Attendees are encouraged to visit the CMA’s newest exhibition, Rose Iron Works and Art Deco.
