15-Year-Old Teen Made History as Youngest Black Junior Golf Champion

Civil rights attorney Michele Jawando has been promoted from president to CEO of Omidyar Network, where she aims to bring greater inclusivity to the rapidly evolving AI era.

On March 11, the philanthropic group founded by billionaire eBay founder Pierre Omidyar announced that Jawando will begin her new role as CEO next month, the Associated Press reports.

“Our focus will be making sure that there is a much more diverse set of views and people and coalitions and voices shaping the moments, the opportunities, and the rules for the AI era,” Jawando said in a statement.

We got a little head start on our hiring this year. Two young men in their early 20s both asked for work 3 days apart. One from Cleveland. The other from Garfield. We met one standing at a gas station who knew who we were and asked if we were hiring. The other walked up to us while we were doing junk removal and asked if he could work. We haven’t officially started hiring yet this year. We get so much business that we are able to give other young people job opportunities. Especially, since Drevian books about 30-40% of their jobs on top of what i book. We stay busy! He hasn’t been able to work as much as he’d like to because he is limited during school season. (Except weekends) Any chance he gets, he is working hard! He plans to hire some of his TTT members this year as well. Their impact at 14 & 17 is incredible to witness. I see so many great things in their future. Outside of their community service they are real and serious business men. They take pride in their work and do an excellent job beyond their years. I mean just look at drevian…tell me that’s not a man. Lol Remember he is the one who at 13 saw a senior struggling with her trash bin decided to help, received a tip, came home and wanted to start a business helping seniors. That same business has expanded in so many ways. And they are BOOMING! Even creating job opportunities for youth. 🙌🏾 #thetrashboys #hiringyouth #jobopportunities #cleveland #teenentrepreneur
