Over the course of the program, they are learning both the theory behind solar and the hands-on skills to install it. What stood out most was not just their eagerness to learn, but the way they showed up with dedication, curiosity, and a vision for what their futures can hold.

We are beyond proud of each of them, and we hope to see these bright minds continue to pursue a career in solar. Our team is committed to walking alongside them as they develop this skill, cheering them on every step of the way.

We are excited to share that the Solar Knowledge Institute (SKI) is officially accepting applications for our next cohort! This is an especially exciting moment as we celebrate the launch of our most groundbreaking program yet—Georgia's premier *certified* solar apprenticeship program. Our first-of-its-kind program is all about creating real, hands-on training and employment opportunities for those entering the solar field. We also offer on-demand training alongside traditional in-person courses to make solar education more accessible and flexible.

At just 25, our founder is a proud serial entrepreneur who saw a gap in the solar industry and took action. After building her successful, 100% self-funded solar EPC from the ground up, she noticed critical workforce shortages that were holding the industry back. In response, she launched SKI last year to directly address these needs.

Drawing from her experience running her EPC, training dozens of solar professionals, and listening to her peers' challenges, she set out to create a comprehensive solution. After a year of tireless work, SKI has become a groundbreaking, full-service solar training institution, designed to equip the next generation of solar talent with certified apprenticeship programs and flexible, on-demand training.
