Affiliates of Hilco Transport Inc have completed the acquisition of substantially all of the operating assets of J-M Transport from Crystal Flash.

The deal closed Sept. 26, and J-M Transport began operating as part of Hilco on Sept. 28.

Ladies and gentlemen, the president has arrived at the PropanePAC reception in Dallas.

George W. Bush made a surprise appearance during the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) event Wednesday at the George W. Bush Presidential Center on the campus of SMU University.

Attendees quickly learned that NPGA had pulled off a fun prank, especially in recognizing Andrea Pavon and Eric Sears as Secret Service agents flanking popular Bush impersonator John Morgan.

Morgan, sounding like the 43rd president and executing his mannerisms and movements, spoke lightheartedly about the industry, calling attention to several of its leaders in the room.

The PropanePAC assists with advocacy efforts at the federal level. LP Gas attended the reception.
