We had a great time at the MOSLEEP 2026 Conference in St. Louis!

The DoubleTree Hotel provided a fantastic venue, and everyone we met was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the weekend. It was a pleasure connecting with sleep technologists, respiratory therapists, and other professionals who stopped by our booth to learn more about the Zmachine Synergy.

We also enjoyed hearing from the many physicians and sleep experts who shared insights on current research, advances in sleep medicine, and emerging approaches to treating sleep apnea and other sleep disorders.

Zmachine Synergy goes beyond basic recording by providing meaningful, multi-night data to support more informed clinical decisions.

FAQ: In what types of patients or clinical scenarios might you recommend a multi-night test over a single-night test?

This is a question we hear often from physicians and sleep professionals.

There are several clinical scenarios where multi-night testing is warranted, including evaluating the efficacy of CPAP or oral appliance therapy, assessing patients with mild OSA, accounting for night-to-night variability, and mitigating the first-night effect.

In many cases, the first night of recording may not accurately reflect a patient’s typical sleep patterns. Additionally, factors such as late-night eating, caffeine consumption, and screen time can vary from night to night and significantly impact sleep quality.

Multi-night data from General Sleep’s Zmachine Synergy provides physicians with a more comprehensive and reliable view of a patient’s sleep health, supporting better-informed treatment decisions.
