We are Case Western Reserve University's campus chapter of the international Slow Food movement.
The purpose of the organization shall be to embody the "good, clean, and fair" food ideals of Slow Food International. We hope to educate individuals in the areas of agriculture, food production, and gastronomy. I love this lineup of Osage Oranges on my mantle as they remind me of my mother who would be 112 today. She collected them in the fall, sprayed them gold and piled them in a glass bowl as part of her Christmas decor. Miss you, Mom. Love you always.

Our visit to the Ohio City farm was successful! We saw many fall crops including thriving lettuce and other greens.
