In 2013, after receiving our bottling license, we started selling our sodas and teas. Currently we make and bottle all our beverages at our shop (Godmother's Pizza) in Parma Hts., Ohio. All of our sodas and teas are made from all natural ingredients (NO artificial sweeteners, NO preservatives, and NO artificial flavorings). Hi all. Erie Reserve and Godmother's have a couple new flavors of soda just in time for the heart of summer.
Erie Reserve Green Tea-Mint Soda. Refreshing, minty, mildly sweet, with a small bite of bitterness from the green tea and carbonation.
Erie Reserve Ginger Beer Lime. A new take on our classic ginger beer. This is what happens when life gives you too many limes instead of lemons. Ginger Beer Lime has more of a bite. Taste like a Moscow mule without the alcohol. Just toss in a shot of Vodka and make it official.

Hi all. A few weeks ago I sent samples of our Erie Reserve Soda to Heinen's Shark Bank competition. We became one of 10 semi-finalist. The winner of the competition will have their products sold in every Heinen's store and will be the focus of a story in the Fall-Winter edition of Edible Cleveland magazine. All 10 semi-finalist will be demoing our products, this Saturday 1-4, in the downtown Heinen's. The public will vote for their favorite vendor. If you have ever wanted to try some of our sodas or are looking to try some local flavor come on out to the demo.
