We can’t say we’re ready to see summer end, but these beautiful fall fabrics are certainly helping!

We also added quilting and knitting/crochet sections to Thrifted Threads! We have lots of quilting fabric in our stock. As well as tons of yarn (much more than you see pictured here)!

Hey Cleveland community! We’re looking for some support this week and next week…

We recently received a huge fabric donation (Yoo-hoo!) and would love some help processing fabric. Our fabric thrift shop supports our mission, and volunteers help us thrive! Day 1 of making the Matchy Matchy Sewing Club lounge pants!

We finished cutting and a tour of our sewing machine today… next week we’ll sew 🪡

Cleveland, we need YOUR help! We were gifted this incredible commercial-grad four-head embroidery machine. It’s an incredible resource to have.

But there’s one hang-up.

We don’t know how to continuously maintain and operate this piece of machinery just yet. We’re hoping there’s a machinist or volunteer in our community to help us out.

This could be a GAME-CHANGER for us in supporting our operating costs and ambitions for growing our local impact as a sustainable production partner.

Open Threads had a wonderful time celebrating along side the West Side Italian community’s annual festival this weekend!

We crafted these beautiful gardening aprons in collaboration with GardenWalk Cleveland!
