Big News: we are looking to hire both full-time and part-time team members to work on the production and distribution team in the roastery. No roasting or production experience required, but passion for coffee and customer service will go far. We pride ourselves on extensive training and education upon hiring.

We’re ready to let you all know we will be keeping the doors of our cafe shut a while longer. We had been planning to take time in the beginning of 2024 for a conceptual overhaul of our space, and after our thanksgiving recharge, the team agreed the time for change is now. We’ve grown our roasting team, and are all jazzed about the cool things our space can become beyond a traditional cafe. Cleveland already has so many great coffee shops, after all. Thanks for your continued support, and keep an eye out for more announcements here soon!

Just a heads up—Solstice Roasters Cafe is taking a short breather to sop up some Thanksgiving time. Whether we’re hitting the waves in North Carolina, big chillin’ in The Bay Area, or getting the whole family together in Cleveland, our team’s getting a well deserved break before we dive into our first holiday season at Solstice.
As we dig into the turkey and pumpkin pie, we’re also cooking up some fresh ideas to spice things up in the Cleveland coffee scene. We’ll be back before you know it, ready to sling some caffeine with a whole new vibe.
