🏛️Our preliminary injunction hearing continues today in federal court in our lawsuit against ICE, Customs and Boarder Patrol, and the Department of Homeland Security.

The Trump administration is using ICE as a supersized deportation force to round up individuals who have steady jobs, cohesive families, strong ties to their community, and lack any criminal record.

We urge the court to enjoin this cruel and unlawful abuse of our neighbors. 🚨

Two weeks ago, Ohio Gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy published an op-ed titled, “Ohio Must Enshrine Voter ID in its Constitution.”

Later that day, lawmakers announced committee hearings for new resolutions that will do precisely that, enshrine strict voter ID laws into our state’s highest governing document.
