It's hard to believe that two years have passed since the Hiwassee Chapter of Delta Waterfowl became the 1st organization to partner with TWRA, and construct permanent blinds on Waterfowl Management Areas for all to enjoy.

This morning our Cleveland Delta Waterfowl Chapter constructed this blind for site # 1 at Johnson Bottoms WMA.

The committee has been working diligently with TWRA over the last couple of years to make this day happen, as the project is the first of its kind in Tennessee.
