Consistency is the key to success!
Often small, daily steps are the best way to make effective changes rather than trying to change everything all at once. Sometimes complete overhaul of many nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle habits can cause overwhelm and burnout if you haven't been gearing up for them.
There is a difference between being "extreme" and being "all in" and committed to your goals. You don't have to change everything all at once to have stellar results. Remember that small daily changes add up over time and will positively impact your health and lifestyle.

Excitement, gratitude, reflection...With Thanksgiving approaching, these are just a few of the emotions that life can bring us. After all, putting gratitude at the center of our lives entails seeing all that is good, which invariably includes our struggles as well as our victories.
The negative thoughts are present as well, but choosing to be grateful for your challenges demonstrates an ability to not only accept but also move beyond them. I hope you have a lot to be thankful for this holiday season, both in the past and in the present.
