To sit around a table, and to share not just a meal.. but each other’s ups, downs, and all arounds.

There was laughter there were tears. There were hugs, and there was support.

is hosting a donation-based benefit ride for their February Charity of the Month, . That’s us!!

Start with 30 minutes of indoor cycling led by then proceed to 30 minutes of Yoga led by Alysia.

If you cannot join but would like to donate or if you would like to donate before you ride please go to thematproject.org

asking participants to donate on a scale of $10 - 20 for this ride where 100% of the proceeds go to benefit the Mat Project. A QR code will be present at the ride so you can donate via your mobile device.”
