LeBron has a coach.
So what are we really saying when we think we do not need one?

This clip from Paris Lampkins is a whole mindset shift. The people operating at the highest level still lean on coaching, feedback, and accountability. Not because they are lacking...but because they are serious about growth.

Trying to do everything alone is not always strength. Sometimes it is the very thing slowing you down.

If you are ready to level up, this conversation is for you.

Today, we celebrate Black freedom.

Juneteenth reminds us of the strength, resilience, and determination of those who came before us and the responsibility we share to continue building a more just future.

May we honor the legacy of our ancestors not only through reflection, but through action — in our work, in our communities, at the polls and beyond.

Happy !

You say you want the C-suite.
But what is it costing you to stay where you are?

That question lands different when you really sit with it. Not just in ambition. Not just in title. In dollars. In time. In missed opportunities. In the future you keep saying you want.

This clip is a reminder from Paris Lampkins that sometimes the biggest price is paid in staying stuck. Growth takes intention. Movement takes strategy. And getting to the next level may require guidance from someone who already knows the way.
