Journey to Hope

Lorain County Community of Hope to provide support system for young people A new program is coming to Lorain County that will help provide mentoring support to youth people who need it.

Our first HOPE Hour for Lorain county is January 12th. We are inviting those interested in learning more about our 2 year pilot project to attend. Just register for free on the Eventbrite link below.

Lorain County HOPE HOUR Community of Hope's mission is to build lasting relationships, nurture hope, and restore dignity by creating family-like relationships.

We are excited to announce we will be expanding into Lorain County in 2021. We will be continuing our work in Cuyahoga county as well. We just want to see more young people have the support and love they need to keep reaching for their dreams. To learn more watch our video below!

Our mission is to build lasting relationships, nurture hope, and restore dignity by creating family-like relations for Cleveland's youth. There are 130 youth a year in Cleveland that age out of foster care and we match youth with a group of caring adult mentors who meet weekly with them to help them achieve their life goals.

If you are looking for a way to get involved and help young adults, we could use your help.

Community of Hope - Cleveland Community of Hope connects young adults who have experienced foster care with committed groups of volunteer mentors.

We have created a Community Resource Guide for our communities, our youth and anyone looking for concrete ideas for help. There are also activities, tours, and mental health resources. You can find the guide at our website: www.hopeCLE.org. Feel free to share with anyone in need. Stay healthy!!
