Poster concept that didn’t make it to print, was focussing on the artists working in the Murray Hill school house, and another design was selected for 2023, I have a lot of concepts because I present 3 designs twice a year, sometimes the designs make it back in the mix. -art

always wanted to post this but never had a reason, I sold my pink Vespa to Kristina after wiping out on Coventry Road. I’m so happy my little Italy bud owns it and takes care of it ❣️

Collision Bend Brewing Co. in the Cleveland Flats has produced the Italian Style Pilsner—Murray Hillsner, and I’m honored they asked me to create the art for the beer can label and promotional materials. Capturing Little Italy’s Murray Hill neighborhood, here it is! Coming to “The Hill” in time for the 2026 feast. It was fun brainstorming with the marketing crew and brew master downstairs in Presti’s Bakery for this product, and more news to come with a possible launch party. Always excited to work with an award-winning team based in Cleveland, Ohio!

Remembering the day in the studio 13 years ago above the bakery —when the kids were young and we painted canvas ornaments that hung on the tree, ate cookies, sipped hot cocoa while making arts and crafts. Luckily they still come “to the hill” to visit mom (mostly with their friends) which I still very much cherish. Merry Christmas, Happy New Year!

Thank you Becky & Brad from Chagrin Falls, purchased “Pekar & Crumb, Talkin’ ‘bout Art” framed print. A panel from the comic strip I was honored to adapt and compile from Harvey Pekar’s Jazz Opera “Leave me Alone” @ Oberlin College. On stage, Harvey called up one of his collaborators underground cartoonist R. Crumb in the south of France, and had a discussion about Avant-garde and folk art.
