Chef Lyndsey leads with patience, grace, and quiet strength. Known for her calm under pressure and ability to make things happen, she keeps our team running smoothly day after day. From planning large events to guiding our staff daily, her leadership makes a lasting impact on everyone around her.
She’ll be celebrating 6 years with Sodexo this January, and we couldn’t be more thankful for her dedication, heart, and all she brings to our Lee Dining family.

All dining locations will be closed for Fall Break, but The Lee Market will be open for snacks, drinks, and your grab-and-go favorites.
All locations will resume regular hours on Monday, October 20th.
