Today’s focus was on where Chef Yolanda Ramos presented on Spring with clean eating featuring a healthy option for the classic Indian “kachori” with a delicious mint cilantro chutney.

Today was wonderful being a selected vendor for the annual Wellness Fair.

We featured countless options for busy professionals to maintain their health with food thats easy to prepare and loaded with nutrition

Another amazing Corporate Wellness Event today at Achievement Centers for Children & Families with the phenomenal Frechic Burton-Austin & her team! We are beyond happy to have been invited to be apart of this year’s Pathways to Wellness Fall Retreat! The energy with the participants was electric! Honored to be amongst the people who are our true heroes! Working with children & families with disabilities is a supernatural gift that we at Freshly Rooted value tremendously!

After 2 years of what we’ve all experienced globally, it was beautiful to BE together! And facilitating such an important workshop together! Coach Rhonda Sharpley was definitely in her element and the energy from each participant was evident that we’re all ready for the greater good of our overall health both individually & collectively!
