Instead, he was robbed not only of his life, but of every year, relationship, dream, and possibility that should have followed. White supremacy destroys lives, wounds generations, and depends on our willingness to look away.

Remember Emmett. Reject the hatred that killed him. Continue the work of dismantling every system that devalues Black life.
