We're proud to see The New York Times spotlight The NRP Group's partnership with Austin Independent School District as part of a growing national movement to create housing solutions for educators and essential workers.

The story features Anita Coy, a 675-unit mixed-income community currently underway in East Austin that is transforming a former school site through an innovative partnership with Austin ISD. The development will expand housing opportunities for educators, school staff and families while serving as a model for how communities can leverage underutilized land to address affordability challenges.
