November 19, 6-7pm: Mental Health Matters Town Hall!

We will discuss stigmas around mental health, as well as coping strategies. There will also be a conversation on the resources available and how to find them, and possible self-care strategies. Participants will also be encouraged to come up with strategies they can use in the future. Free food will also be provided!

This event promises an evening filled with cultural richness and communal harmony. The festivities begin with the traditional lighting of oil lamps (diyas), symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil. Experience mesmerizing classical music and dance performances that showcase the profound heritage of Diwali.
