November 19, 6-7pm: Mental Health Matters Town Hall!

We will discuss stigmas around mental health, as well as coping strategies. There will also be a conversation on the resources available and how to find them, and possible self-care strategies. Participants will also be encouraged to come up with strategies they can use in the future. Free food will also be provided!

Experience mesmerizing classical music and dance performances that showcase the profound heritage of Diwali.
