We hosted our first Patient Input Session at our Ann B. Reichsman Community Health Center in Cleveland's Clark-Fulton neighborhood.

Recently, CareSource hosted a healthy cooking demonstration at our site, showing participants how to prepare nutritious meals using ingredients commonly found at dollar stores. We are proud to celebrate Dr. Prakash Ganesh and Dr. Lisa Navracruz for their continued leadership in infectious disease care, including HIV prevention and treatment.

We celebrated an incredible milestone for one of our own.
Sasha, a nurse practitioner at our West 130th Community Health Center, marked 30 years of U.S. citizenship. Our team came together with gratitude to honor her journey and the many contributions she has made to our patients, colleagues, and community.
Sasha's story is also a reminder of the many patients and families we are honored to serve. Many arrived in the United States seeking opportunity, safety, and a better future.
