Maximum Grant: Up to $25,000 reimbursable grant per individual commercial storefront.
Eligible Spaces: Vacant commercial storefronts that are:
Located in designated target zones or priority corridors.
Ground-floor spaces with public street access.
Vacant for at least 6 months.
Located in Qualified Census Tracts.
Eligible Uses:
Retail or maker spaces
Cafés or small-scale food businesses
Shared pop-up markets
Art galleries / performance spaces
Community service offices
Community resource hubs or incubators
