This project is all about blending the timeless craftsmanship of wood with a modern touch. The logo concepts range from clean and contemporary to slightly vintage, drawing inspiration from wood type dimensional letters and hand-drawn script fonts. Each design captures the hardworking spirit of the company, with a nod to Americana and the tools they use to create high-quality lumber and pallets.
At Newbomb, our tagline says it all: “We are the Enemy of Average.” It’s a reminder that great design doesn’t blend in – it stands out. We create work that elevates brands, tells their story with clarity, and does it all in style.

We're excited to share a recent project where we had the opportunity to redesign the brochures for NPK Construction Equipment, an attachment equipment manufacturer, as part of a larger brand identity overhaul. The original brochures had dark backgrounds that made the content hard to read, and the design lacked a clear structure, which hindered effective communication of key product details.
To improve readability and brand coherence, we lightened up the backgrounds and implemented a more structured grid system. We organized the typography hierarchy to ensure important information stood out, creating a more digestible layout for the audience. Additionally, we developed a versatile template to apply consistently across all product brochures moving forward.
This project was a great example of how thoughtful design can improve both functionality and brand presentation.

We’d like to give a huge shoutout to our amazing summer intern, Allie Kysela, for her outstanding contributions to our team. She played a key role in advancing our artificial intelligence initiatives, Amazon Storefront strategies, brand identity development, and keyword research.
