What makes this program special isn’t just how long it has existed — it’s the impact it has had over decades.

Many of the engineers, developers, test engineers, and project leaders helping shape Codonics technologies today started right here as co-ops. Over the years, that pipeline of emerging talent has contributed to breakthrough inventions and innovation, long-term product development, and the collaborative culture that continues to define our Engineering organization.

The Supplier Showcase portion of 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 (𝗛𝗖𝗣) 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 may be over, but the most meaningful conversations are just beginning.

Today, our team had the opportunity to connect with pharmacy leaders from across the country about the growing operational pressures surrounding medication safety, controlled substance accountability, and reconciliation workflows.

For years, hospitals have invested heavily in safer preparation and administration workflows. Now, attention is turning to the final step — controlled substance waste and reconciliation — where manual processes, delayed documentation, and fragmented visibility continue to create burden for pharmacy teams.

Today was one of those simple but meaningful reminders of what makes 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀 special.

Great food, good conversation, and time spent celebrating the people who help drive our company forward every day. From employee service awards to lunch together as a team, it was a chance to pause and recognize the dedication, loyalty, and culture that continue to shape who we are.

This year, we celebrated 11 employees representing a combined 250 years of service to Codonics. That’s an incredible milestone — and a reflection of the commitment, experience, and relationships that have helped build our company over the last 40+ years.
